Savoy Hotel Cologne

Great location, close to city center and main attractions. The room was clean and spacious, with a functional kitchenette. The bathroom was excellent, with warm lighting and a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing extra pillows upon request. The wellness facilities were excellent, with multiple saunas, a steam bath, and complimentary tea and water.

Major disappointment was the limited operating hours of the spa, which closed at 8:00 PM. This was not communicated during check-in, resulting in a missed opportunity to enjoy the sauna. it would have been nice to have complimentary mineral water and a Nespresso machine in the room, considering the hotel's star rating.

The hotel's location was very convenient, being close to the central train station without being noisy. The staff were friendly and eager to give excellent advice on nearby restaurants. The room was luxurious and spacious, with beautiful furnishings. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The rooftop bar/seating area provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the view.

The process of paying and reserving the safety deposit on my credit card was a bit complicated.

The hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk from the main train station and the Cologne Cathedral. The room I stayed in, a junior suite, was spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to assist. The facilities were very nice, and the hotel had a unique boutique design that set it apart from other hotels. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
